V2 Transom Hinge bracket for TFL Scale Outboard

Updated v2 hinge bracket for the tfl Scale outboard (PN# TFL-B54210). 

- This new design has a new hole pattern to work with the TFL Adjustable Standoff mounting bracket pn# B54205. 

- It will also work as a stand alone replacement part for the TFL Scale Outboard, pn# tfl-B54210
