-USPS Ground Advantage, This is the least expensive shipping method we offer. Normal Delivery time from 3 to 12 business days (In most instances packages arrive within 3 to 5 business days). Includes insurance to your front door, no tracking and no signature on delivery. If you require signature and tracking please use UPS Ground.
-Priority Mail, Medium priced & Very fast. Normal delivery time from 1 to 5 business days (In most instances packages arrive within 1 to 3 business days). Includes insurance to your front door, no tracking and no signature on delivery. If you require signature and tracking please use UPS Ground.

 UPS (United Parcel Services)
 -UPS Ground,  Detailed Tracking. Normal delivery time is from 3 to 5 business days. Includes excellent insurance coverage for damaged items. For this reason, we use this method (when possible) on all hull and RTR boat orders, even if you select USPS Priority Mail. The reason for this is, that if an item is damaged during shipping the US Post Office has a very complicated and drawn-out claims process that would delay resolving damage issues.
-UPS Next Day or Second Day Shipping,  This is the fastest and most secure shipping with detailed Tracking. Normal delivery time from 1 to 2 days from ship time. Please keep it mind it takes us 1 day to process, package, and label orders. This service includes excellent insurance coverage for damaged items.

-Priority Mail, Faster than Frist Class, deliver times of 3 to 12 business days. This method is good up to 4 pounds and can fit smaller parts. No tracking and No insurance included with this method. If you require tracking please select USPS Express Mail.
-Express Mail, Very fast and Includes Tracking. Normal delivery time from 3 to 6 business days.

Fedex International
-FedEx Economy, 3-10 business days with tracking and insurance. This method is for upto 4 pounds and for small items less than 10" long (250mm).
-FedEx Priority, 3-5 business days with tracking and insurance. This method is for upto 4 pounds and for small items less than 10" long (250mm).

We are not responsible for local taxes and Customs duties. This is added by your governing body once your shipment reaches its destination. Please see your local authorities for more information. Please do not request that we falsify your invoices.

Defective or warranted items must be returned prepaid at your cost. This means the shipping costs of the items being returned to Offshore Electrics must be paid by the customer. Upon inspection, we will repair/exchange the item and pay for the return shipping costs of the item back to the customer.

Shipping Costs 

To estimate your shipping costs, add all the items to the shopping cart, than click the "check out" button and follow the instructions.

Shipping costs are based on the total package weight and size. We add a $4.00 handling charge to each order. Boats, hulls and other large items may require an additional handling cost based on the package size. We do our best to have the website estimate the correct shipping cost, but this is sometimes difficult due to the irregular sizes of boat hulls. We reserve the right to change the shipping method to best fit the shipping costs paid.

Methods of Payment. 

- We accept Venmo, Paypal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover Cards. Our secure shopping cart will only send us the billing and shipping address.
- Offshore Electrics Inc, stores no credit card information. We use PayPal and Braintree as processors, so you have the strength of these two large companies, protecting your private information.

Insurance Claims and Tracking 

Please contact us if there is a problem with a shipment, so we can assist you.

NOTES:
For packages that include loss insurance: Orders shipped to within the USA, we must wait 20 calendar days before filing a claim. For international orders, we must wait 40 calendar days before filing a claim. We use Shipsurance for coverage.

*DAMAGE Claim Note: All packaging material and damaged goods must be kept in the original form as received. The packaging and item(s) shipped must not be sent back to Offshore Electrics Inc, until a claim is complete.

Policies and Procedures

Returns

Offshore Electrics Inc. has set the following guidelines for Returns.

All items can be returned for a refund if unused and in resalable condition with all instructions within 30 days from purchase. Customers must pay for return shipping and a 10% restocking fee. The returned merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging. Mounting and running fuel through a model engine, installing radio parts in a model, cutting up balsa sheets in kits, installing software or discarding the packing material are some examples of what constitutes used merchandise. We do not accept returns via COD or billed to Offshore Electrics Inc. in any way. No refunds after 30 days.

All outside shipping boxes should be inspected before signing the UPS/USPS delivery sheet for damage. Any damaged items from shipping must be brought to the attention of the shipping company and the claim should be made.

Any other problems with items can be straightened out through the forum or email tech support.

All sales are final once the item is used in any way. All warranties are covered by the manufacturers. Please contact us as a go-between if there is a problem contacting the manufacturer.

Any custom-made items, custom orders or custom parts are not returnable at all.

Any shipping costs on defective or warranted items must be returned with all shipping costs prepaid at your cost. This includes the shipping costs of the items being returned to us and the items being shipped back to you as replacements.

Please contact us here to obtain a return authorization number before shipping the item to us.

Canceled Orders

If an order has not been packaged/shipped and the order needs to be canceled, the credit card or PayPal transaction fees are not refunded. This can be up to 5%, this is to cover the our costs associated with the credit card transactions.

Offshore Electrics Inc. accepts no responsibility for crash damage and/or loss of kits, engines, accessories, etc. incurred during the operation of a radio-controlled model. In most cases, it is very difficult or impossible to determine whether crash damage was actually due to radio equipment failure or to operator error. Also, we cannot be held responsible for any purchased components that are incorporated into radio systems or problems caused by incompatibility between radio components or parts.

Offshore Electrics Inc. contains hyperlinks to other websites operated by parties other than us. We do not control their websites and are not responsible for their content. Surf with caution. Report problems to us.

 PRIVACY STATEMENT
Offshore Electrics Inc. does not sell or share any of its customer's personal information with any other company or marketing agency.. We can't be held liable if a hacker or thief steals any info. We have chosen PayPal as a Secure Shopping Cart.

We may choose to market our products, sale items, newsletters, and upcoming releases to prior customers and visitors to our site.  If you decide in the future to not participate in this, we will also provide a link to remove yourself from this list.
