Calibrating a Pistol Transmitter with Airplane esc.

With all the rc airplanes on the market, its possible to find good deals on used plane esc's. The drawback is that they don't always calibrate well with the pistol style transmitters we use with our boats. We used to sell the Pistix by Mikes Subworks, but he stopped making them. So the next best thing is the elastic hack. To calibrate the airplane esc, first put an elastic on the throttle of the transmitter to hold it into the full reverse range. This tricks the airplane esc to arm. See the video.
